About Coaching Business Mastery and Its Founder

Thousands of people who enter the coaching field end up struggling financially and dissappointed in their dream business. One of the biggest reasons this is happening is because most coaches focus on building a practice with one-on-one coaching as a primary source of income, not aware of so many other opportunities this business can offer.

Coaching Business Mastery's mission is to empower coaches to build a real business, to have a choice to build a real company to any level of income they desire, develop multiple revenue streams, and create their ultimate lifestyle full of freedom and excitement.

Coaching Business Training Institute was founded by Milana Leshinsky, the author of "Coaching Millions: Help More People, Make More Money, Live Your Ultimate Lifestyle."

Originally from the former Soviet Union, Milana studied to be a music teacher. After immigrating to the U.S. with her family in 1992, she enrolled in a local college and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems.

Over the last seven years Milana has worked with thousands of coaches from all over the world through her Association of Coaches & Consultants on the Web, annual global Coaching Telesummits, live Coaching Super Summit event, Coaching Millionaire in Training club, and her other coaching communities.

Milana developed "Coaching Millions Lifestyle Business Building System," a 12-step program for coaching entrepreneurs who want to build a high-income business. This system is based on the same principles that allowed Milana to go from a $15-an-hour job to a dream lifestyle she never imagined possible. These principles have also been used by every successful coaching entrepreneur in the world!

The "Coaching Millions System" was originally designed as a comprehensive do-it-yourself home-study course. Many coaches, however, wanted personal guidance and support in going through this course.

In response to such numerous requests, Milana decided to create a Coaching Business Mastery and offer a 12-week implementation program to help coaches take incremental actions and successfully complete the program with great results.
